Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 (or as many as you'd like)
- Barbeque grill with a lid
- Tongs or heat-resistant gloves
Instructions
- Preheat your barbeque grill to medium heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
- Place the whole, uncracked eggs directly on the grill grates, evenly spaced to ensure even cooking. Make sure the eggs are not touching any direct flame.
- Close the grill lid and allow the eggs to cook for 25-30 minutes, rotating them gently with tongs or heat-resistant gloves every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- After 25-30 minutes, carefully remove the eggs from the grill using tongs or heat-resistant gloves and let them rest for a few minutes to cool down.
- Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, tap them gently on a hard surface to crack the shell, and peel the shell off to reveal the cooked egg inside.
- Enjoy the whole grilled eggs on their own, sliced on toast, or as a part of a salad. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite spices, if desired.
