Whole Grilled Egg Recipe

Discover the joy of grilling eggs!

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 (or as many as you'd like)
  • Barbeque grill with a lid
  • Tongs or heat-resistant gloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your barbeque grill to medium heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
  2. Place the whole, uncracked eggs directly on the grill grates, evenly spaced to ensure even cooking. Make sure the eggs are not touching any direct flame.
  3. Close the grill lid and allow the eggs to cook for 25-30 minutes, rotating them gently with tongs or heat-resistant gloves every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  4. After 25-30 minutes, carefully remove the eggs from the grill using tongs or heat-resistant gloves and let them rest for a few minutes to cool down.
  5. Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, tap them gently on a hard surface to crack the shell, and peel the shell off to reveal the cooked egg inside.
  6. Enjoy the whole grilled eggs on their own, sliced on toast, or as a part of a salad. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite spices, if desired.
